Customer Support, Hints and Tips

ADAM Technology is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with our products - please let us know. If you have a current ADAMcare Contract, and have a problem, simply fill out the Problem Report Form and it will be investigated.

We have also started a section on Operational Hints and Tips in the use of our systems. This section will be updated on an ongoing basis. Check back regularly for latest information.


To support you and your equipment, we have available ADAMcare - our range of support and maintenance packages designed to keep your system up-to-date and operating to full potential. We currently offer to our customers the following Services and ADAMcare Support packages:

  • ADAMcare Hardware Maintenance - Preventive Annual Service and Breakdown support.
    • This is a support program which covers your ADAM equipment for breakdown Parts and Labour expenses. All parts and labour are supplied free-of-charge during the contract period. Where a technician is required to attend a customers site, the travelling and associated expenses are charged at cost. These trips are usually bundled together with others within the same region to further reduce the cost of the travel.

  • ADAMcare Software Support.
    • This is a comprehensive Software Support Package which offers full problem and operational support via phone, fax and email. Maintenance Releases and Minor Upgrades are provided at no cost during the period of the contract. A free-call number is provided for ADAMcare customers within Australia. You can call 1800 672 553 during our normal business hours. Your input, either through operational problems or through personnal recommendation, is valuable to us and is treated as an opportunity to further improve our products.

  • Non-Contract/Casual Stereoplotter Repairs and Service.
    • ADAM Technology have service technicians constantly travelling throughout the world and are easily diverted to attend your needs. Whether this is to service your equipment or track down any problems. Give us a call and we will advise on the best options to suit you.

  • Instrument Relocation Service.
      We are happy to assist with moving your equipment. Whether it is just an office relocation or the equipment is being shipped internationally, just give us a call and we can supervise the moving for you, or simply provide you with advice.
